Annual Budget System [ FMCG ]
This solution was delivered to a large FMCG company, in two phases. In the first phase Augment provided a
framework
to
structurally
capture the annual budgets for all functions in the organization. The various budget heads included Regional Sales Volumes, Capital Expenditures, Operational Expenditures, and Manpower etc. The system reduced the time spent on managing budget information.
The second phase called Budget Sanctions, enabled the management to perform timely & quality iterations/revisions required to set up the budgets.

An end-to-end Capital Expenditure Management system was implemented using Augment's BPM framework for an automotive giant. The system had three sub-processes - budgeting, approval workflow and procurement - and further it was integrated with SAP for seamless information flow. Augment's robust business rules driven workflow engine with audit trails helped them track the status of a particular CAPEX request and also reduce the errors caused during processing of these requests. The implementation of new systems made the capital expenditure process transparent and reduce delay in the process. |
